Usage of rivets:
  
1. Riveting is divided into cold riveting and hot riveting, cold riveting is riveting rivets at room temperature; Hot riveting is used in places with high connection requirements, such as the steel beam riveting of iron bridges, hot riveting needs to preheat the rivets, red hot rivets through the rivet hole, after the rivet head is beaten, the stress of shrinking during the cooling process will make the connection tight.

Self-piercing riveting is a common way to join two or more metal plates cold joining technology. Generally speaking, after the self-piercing rivet penetrates the top plate, the hollow structure of the rivet tail expands and pierces without piercing the bottom plate under the action of the rivet die, thus forming a solid rivet point.
